Welcome to our 2017 Christmas brochure.
Inside you will nd lots of exciting party nights for everyone
to enjoy.
We have brought back many old favourites and introduced
a few new events for 2017 season.
As usual the show goes on into the new year and if you
cannot make it before Christmas look forward to another fun
packed night out in early 2018. Look on our checklist at the back
to see what’s happening.
Once again I would like to thank all of our wonderful party organisers who work tirelessly
arranging their parties. Your eorts are much appreciated and it is lovely to receive lots of kind
letters from organisers and guests alike who say how much they enjoyed their evenings here.

Once all nal payments have been made that number is guaranteed a place at the selected function.
PLEASE NOTE: Only the party organiser [one person] is authorised to make changes / alterations to
bookings and able to make payments.
ACCOMMODATION RESERVATIONS: These to be made direct to the hotel by the individual booking
a room.
PAYMENTS: The Best Western Calcot Hotel will accept the following debit /
credit cards:
We also accept cash payments from the organiser at the hotel reception desk
or by ONE cheque for the entire party.
All payments are strictly non-refundable and cannot be oset against wine /
drink purchases, accommodation or future reservations.

balance 6 weeks in advance
of your chosen date.
