Private Functions
For
over 25 years the Hotel has played host to many,
many private functions. Clubs, companies and associations
have come back year after year to experience the quality
and style of a Hotel function. The Kennet & Avon
Suite is one of the few purpose built function suites
in the Thames Valley. Complete with large dance floor,
stage, carpeted seating area, integral bar, chandeliers,
air conditioning, built in P.A and lighting,a choice
of round or straight tables and accommodating up to
220 guests, the Kennet & Avon Suite is the perfect
venue to host private functions for all occasions.
The
Wyborn Suite is an ideal room for medium sized functions
accommodating up to 90 guests. Incorporated into the
suite is a permanent dance floor and a large bay window
overlooking the hotel lawns.
The
air conditioned Loddon Suite is also available for private
dining for up to 30 guests.
