The Kennet and Avon Suite

• A purpose built ballroom which can accommodate up to 220 guests for a dinner dance [without encroaching on the dance floor].
• A fully sprung, large, permanent dance floor

• A large stage with professional Star Cloth background. Chandeliers and lighting to suit every theme
• Room lighting is dimmable and adjustable to fit the mood
• New air-conditioning throughout. A ventilated room offering proper climate control
• The Kennet & Avon Suite has its own integral bar and lounge
• Organizers are offered the rather unique opportunity of guests being able to select from a menu at the table, no pre ordering!
• Silver service or buffet style – you choose. Breakfast meetings also catered for.
• Sensible bar prices and a well stocked wine cellar!

Wyborn Suite

• Popular for medium sized parties up to 90 guests
• Fixed dance floor
• Permanently installed sound and lighting systems
• Air conditioned
• Easy access to the ‘Old Berkshire Bar’ adjacent
• Natural ventilation and external windows for daytime functions
• Overlooks the hotel gardens
• Silver service or buffet style. The Wyborn Suite has a full carvery unit which can be also be used for parties and functions

Loddon suite

• An ideal venue for smaller sized parties up to 36 guests
• Air conditioned
• Close to the bar for drinks
• Silver service dinning, buffets, family carverys Friday evenings & Sunday lunchtimes.
