We have a function room which boasts a capacity of in excess of 200 Guests. It has a permanent fully sprung dance floor
and a professionally installed state of the art sound system. Our real strength however is that without doubt we have the
best most experienced DJ’s in Reading for that perfect party. What we can create where others fail, is quite simply
atmosphere – the right balance and ambience to enable quests to relax and have a great time.
Our banqueting facilities along with our experienced kitchen brigade serve in excess of 20,000 meals a year. So not
only are we set up for banqueting party style, we are also set up for weddings. We have an enviable selection of Wedding
menus to suit all tastes and budgets.
Best Western Calcot Hotel boasts three function suites including the Kennet and Avon, The Wyborn and the Loddon. All
vary in capacity so we can cater for weddings gatherings big or small. The hotel also has a Civil Ceremony License to
enable the actual marriage ceremony to take place on the premises. We also have a small if not perfectly formed garden
for photography and pre wedding breakfast drinks alfresco.
Special overnight rates are available for family and guests so they can party all day and all night and not have to
worry about getting home.
Ample free parking is available in our huge car park for day and evening guests.
